Postal worker is victim of random assault in Annapolis
"Just before 4:30 p.m., the postal worker was walking in the 1800 block of Copeland Street when a man approached the postal worker and punched him in the face and ripped an earring from his ear, Annapolis city police said. Officer found the victim at the scene, bleeding from his face and ear. The postal worker told the police that it was a random attack."
