You may have already heard the term Internet 2.0. Internet 2.0 is the term used to describe the next stage/step of Internet applications that allow Internet users to become more actively involved in Web sites. Such applications include blogs, video sharing, photo sharing, enhanced forums and more. We are adding some of these applications at PostalMag.com to give our users a more enjoyable and informative experience.

As part of this initiative we will be converting PostalMag.com from 800x600 viewing resolution to 1024x768 resolution. If you have your monitor set to 800x600 you will still be able to view PostalMag.com, though you will probably need to scroll to the right to see all content. The conversion is due to the fact that 1024x768 is the resolution most commonly used by Internet surfers now, due in part to the proliferation of notebook computers, LCD monitors, and new computer systems.

Post and view postal-related photos in our new Photos section! You can upload your own postal-related photos, and/or view photos uploaded by others. Categories include Postal Photos, Postal Union Photos, Post Office Photos, Right-Hand-Drive Vehicle Photos, and Your Photos, where you can upload your non-postal photos to share with other users of PostalMag.com. Our Photos feature is totally free. Some photos may be featured on our Home page at PostalMag.com. We ask only that you do not upload photos that are vulgar, obscene, contain nudity, are defamatory in nature, or are otherwise unacceptable. Maximum image width or height: 2,500 pixels. Photos larger than 750 pixels (width or height) will be resized to 750 pixels (width or height). If your photo is larger than 2,500 pixels then resize photo to less than 2,500 pixels in order to upload.
Acceptable photo types: .jpg, .jpeg and .png

Videos are taking the Internet by storm, and we're ready! Though there aren't very many postal-related videos out there yet, we have already started posting available videos on our Videos page. Postal-related videos can also be found on our Home page at PostalMag.com. We can embed videos found at Google Video and YouTube.com directly onto PostalMag.com.
