Three members of the U.S. Postal Service’s Citizens Stamp Advisory Committee sent a letter via Priority Mail Express 2-Day to incoming Postmaster General Brennan, and the letter arrived two-days late according to tracking information available at the USPS.com website. Linns.com first reported the story in an article titled No speedy delivery for letter to Brennan. Cary Brick, who posted the letter, received a refund of $19.99 for the delay, according to Linn’s.
