Thrift Savings Plan portfolios took a big hit in October 2018, with major losses in all funds except the G Fund. The S Fund fell a whopping 10 percent, bringing the YTD total into negative territory. With a 7.94 percent loss in October, the I Fund is down almost 9 percent YTD.
