Presenting the NALC 2017 National Hero of the Year Award is NALC President Fredric Rolando. Accepting the award is Johnstown, Pennsylvania Branch 451 letter carrier Matt Lamb who rushed into a burning house before going to the backyard and telling a man to jump out the window into his arms.
